Hampton Inn Kernersville

Room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. The lady who worked the breakfast station was very rude. She didn’t refill items. Once it was gone that was it at 9:00 am

The location was great

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor the whole time we were there. My son found a razor blade on the carpet next to the AC unit. Our room was not cleaned the whole stay. Dirt and dust was piled up behind the dresser/TV stand.

best hotel i¿ve ever stayed at. staff was very kind and catering, room was perfect and very clean.

Room Size. nice little couch and table. could use a little bigger tv. it would also be nice to have the mini fridge a little higher too.

Little couch was a little out of style. One of the pillows had a bad smell. But there were others that were fine. The bathroom was plain but clean.

my first room , the bathroom floor was flooded....major leak from the ceiling.... the staff was quick to rectify this as they assigned me a new room. the breakfast bar was meager.....no eggs available both days I was there...went for breakfast at 9am.

The room was clean and spacious. The setup was good and the bathroom shower was great.

There was no microwave in the room.

The hotel was located in good proximity to the reason we visited. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable.

The hotel had no one to get my luggage entering or departing.The water in the bathroom sink went out too slowly and no one on duty or call to handle it. I would not stay in another Hampton Inn.

Cleanliness was excellent

On Sunday morning just before end of breakfast I requested eggs staff told me she was getting ready to close up and that there would be no more food¿¿ shouldn¿t there be food right up until closing? Food was very good ¿. Hotel was super clean

Good location and newer/nicer than most in area

We stayed on Christmas eve/day(2 nights) hotel minimal staffed. Braeakfaat was weak effort at best both mornings but understood because shorr staffed. Worst thing about stay was noisy room we had on 3rd floor. Hotel must have paper thin walls and ceiling

I am disabled and I was there last year at this time and the ice machine on the first floor was broken and this year same thing you would of thought it would be fixed also there was a wedding reception in the cafeteria late at night it was very load

And it was hard to sleep for the price of the room this should not happen I expected this at a cheaper motel.

The front lobby staff was very kind and courteous.

The A/C unit would only turn on for a little bit and then turn off for an extended period of time. Made for a rough night of sleeping. Pool was not operational during visit. Pricing should reflect such.

Nice room clean good staff

Upon checking in, I was alerted that the power had gone out  due to a winter storm. In the mist of this unexpected event,  theyy offered impeccable customer service. I applaud the staff   for a job well-done.

Yes it was 55 degrees and cold in the room and it took 3 hours to get to 68

Very clean, modern, convenient, beautiful, friendly staff, comfortable beds, fresh, soft linens, quality pillows. Excellent!

The ease of making reservation online. I needed an early morning check in (7am). I called the day before and Desiree assured me that wouldn't be a problem & she would note the reservation. I got there about 7:30am, checked in without any problems.
