Sleep Inn Kernersville I-40

Staff claim I could not switch rooms. I am not disabled I made a mistake a got that room for the night & didn’t want to to be in there incase a disabled person came. I also felt uncomfortable because the door in the room also the tub was dirty.

Cleanliness, comfort

Front desk staff & general manager could be more kind. They were professional, but were curt and unkind at times.

Clean and updated. Quiet.

WiFi was out. No elevator.

The Fire Alarm when off in the middle of the night we had to evacuate turns out there was no fire very inconvenient

The Fire Alarm when off in the middle of the Night around 11pm couldn't go back to sleep after that.

Staff, the manager & cleaning staff.

The construction staff and exterior painting & over spray materials on the automobiles in the parking lot. Management did pay for cleaning our car.

Typical Sleep Inn hotel. Rooms are on the smallest side. Bed was comfortable. Typical breakfast selection including potatoes and sausage. Hotel was quiet during the time we were there. Would stay there again

It was supposed to be a smoke free hotel and that was a lie I have asthma and I couldn¿t stay

My husband and I liked the location and the fact that the room came with free full breakfast

The person that checked us in and checked us out was rude. She didn't seem welcoming at all and seemed as if she didn't like white people. (I'm assuming that she isn't rude to everyone) The breakfast was nice but the taste wasn't that good. Sorry

The handicapped room we stay in was very clean and we had room to take the wheelchair around in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. I would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

Clean and comfortable and very convenient. Liked that it had walk in shower instead of bathtub.

Advertised as Non smoking, but 1st room given I walked in, the smell of smoke was overwhelming, but I called the front desk and they gave me another room with no issues.

The handicap accessible room had a very musky oder and I needed to switch rooms. Other than that great place.

Breakfast was beyond my expectations.

Double beds are just not large enough for two adults. Sleep Inn should consider switching to queen beds. The bathroom floor in our room kept getting mysteriously wet. We couldn't figure out what was causing it.

Was surprised by shower only but was fine! Room a little small & not a good place to open large suitcase other than on bed

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly and even asked about an event my daughter attended. Hot/cold breakfast was good! Hotel very clean. Rooms were comfortable.

The staff was sooo friendly. For a no frills hotel the service and staff friendliness was 5stars!

Breakfast was cold, not a huge variety.

The guy at the front desk with the hat was cool, and helpful. Everything worked and was clean.
