Pros +

  • Staff was very friendly. Location is close to a number of stores and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and housekeeping staff was very good at keeping room clean and staffed.
  • How clean it was and they tried to make it more modern
  • Nth had bed bugs crawling on us and biting us when we was sleeping that was worst experience

Cons -

  • Had to settle on a room other than the choice I made
  • Microwave did not work but management addressed by replacing. There was mold in the ice container and on its lid. Paint at rear of hotel was coming off. There was no actual parking spots for rooms at the rear of the hotel.
  • The Front desk (man) was beyond rude and loud. I asked location of rm, and he yelled while pointing where the room was & rolling his eyes He also threaten if my teacup chihuahua got on the bed they would keep my deposit and possibly charge me 250.
