Given the wrong class of room. Paid the highest price for the nicest suite but was given a standard room; Found a used wash cloth draped over the shower door, water temperature in shower would only reach lukewarm, oh and I found a baby roach in my bed

The location

There was no water for several hours, no hot water only lukewarm. The key machine wasn?t working so had a temp key and had problems several times during our stay. Broken furniture. Charged more each night.

The staff was great, he was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, safe, provided breakfast, and a nice seating area.

It was clean and quiet. I do not know much about Jacksonville but it was located very convenient area.

The staff is great. The rooms are nice, modern and fully equipped.

The hotel was in a great spot, ALL of the staff were friendly, the heated pool was GREAT! Exercise room nice, laundry room nice Everything was great about our hotel stay, breakfast could be better along w/coffee & offer sugar free syrup & coffee creamer.

Breakfast wasn¿t great, but not the worst. No sugar free syrup which I feel should be a must at every hotel breakfast. The coffee wasn¿t it! They didn¿t even offer creamer only half n half. Starbucks is right down the rd. More fresh fruit would be good

The fitness area.

The pool was cold to start, the fire pit was broken, the manager (Paula) lied and created a false statement that my room had a bad odor and customers complained which was not true at all. I spent over $3600 there and was treated like garbage

Very friendly staff, very welcoming to my dogs and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Breakfast should have more gluten free options otherwise great set up.

The indoor swimming pool

It didnt have a hot tub and the elevators were sketchy when i took the right side one i didnt like the feeling of falling when we were going down and even up we would reach our floor and it would drop a little bit like it is coming off track.

The staff was helpful and very friendly The room was nice and big we had three people and two large dogs. There is a place for the dogs to walk outside That was just for them. The room is very clean.

The only problem with hotel is the air conditioning.I would have liked it colder we just couldn't seem to get it past 73. trim the trees along the dog path I'm 5'4 and it was whacking me in the face and a little more light on that path.

The staff was very accommodating after our air condone didn't work.

The room.we were put in had a broken air unit.

There was an indoor pool and the room was spacious

The mattress on the sofa was very filthy and the covers was dirty.

Everything.....location, clean, big spacious room, staff very nice and very helpful.......

There wasn’t anything that I did not like other than the pool being closed and it wasn’t the hotels fault. It was due to COVID-19 precautions.

Breakfast. Cold pre packaged food to microwave. Waffle mix was nasty, whole wheat.

Indoor pool.

We went down our first morning there and the heater had been off in the indoor pool. My 12 y.o. daughter could stand it but our 8 and 7 y.o. could only swim a few minutes before freezing. They were sad about that.

The room was so comfortable. I was really impressed the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to see more hot breakfast options. During the busy mornings it was difficult to work around only 2 microwaves with children and adults competing.

The breakfast had a lot of options! And it was tasty too! The room was quiet and had a lot space! Overall, great for the price!

The bed was not comfy, hard pillows for my liking. But that just depends on the person.

Very friendly and kind staff. I was super sick and several folks asked how I was and if they could help.
