I have stayed here several times per year over the years. I like this hotel but I paid for the most expensive room but the room I received was not like the room I have been getting. I paid for a King Suite, I received a room with a King bed but not like

The room was not like the ones we had been getting.

The room was nice.

Would not honor my reservation due to the late hour I arrived due to the snow storm in the area.

Beautiful rooms; great pool; large, delicious breakfast

sometimes they didn't refill the towels by the pool.

The free breakfast was really good. Also, the woman that sets up the breakfast and keeps it flowing was more than amazing and hospitable. Every morning that me and my family ate breakfast she went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

The location, cleanliness & staff were top notch.

One of the best hotels in the area. Adjacent to restaurants and shopping. I prefer to stay at this property location when I visit Jacksonville. Breakfast is always hot and fresh, staff always pleasant and helpful.

The only thing that was less than expected was the breakfast. We didn't go down until 930, but they were out of almost everything including syrup (we did check w/ the attendant). Everything else was great!

The decor provided a comfortable but business-like environment.

The hotel did not have any city recommendation stand with flyers. It may seem small but some people; like us are willing to stay an extra night if they see other accommodations in the city. We make plans in our room for the next day. Just a thought.

We arrived about 2 hours before our check-in time, and they were able to get us into a room right away. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean, and smelled nice which is a big deal for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

There was nothing that i did not like about this hotel. It was an all-around great place to stay.

Location and breakfast were nice

The air conditioning did not work. The room stayed near 77F. Front Desk provided some membership points toward another stay as a consolation.

The whole experience was amazing. They had a wheelchair that I could use to get up to my room I had hurt my leg earlier that day and it just made the whole experience that much better a great place

I love the location of this hotel. It is close to restaurants and shopping and has the best staff I have every experienced. I stay here 4-5 tees per year and my experience only improves with each visit. The fresh. hot breakfast is the absolute best!

Check in was easy. Incidental preauth is low. Room was very clean.

Bathroom was slightly out of date. Air unit was right next to bed.

did not like getting a handicapped room located on first floor facing front parking lot no privacy when shades were up. although we are considered seniors we are not anywhere close to needing a handicapped facility

I loved the ease of no-contact check-in and the cleanliness of this hotel. My room was sanitized and stocked with more than enough toiletries and fluffy towels. Breakfast was welcoming, delicious and hot. Coffee was readily available and fresh.

Lavatory drain was stopped up.

The room was very clean and updated! Pictures online were the same as our room looked. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially desk clerk the night we arrived, and ladies making breakfast in the morning. I wish I could write more about this hotel!

Great location and excellent staff.

Very disappointed in internet service and that the pool was unavailable. Having to pay $7.95 for "premium" internet is unacceptable & no access to the pool could have been updated on your website, literally in current time. I would have chosen elsewhere.

Bed is so comfortable , breakfast is great and the staff are friendly
