Comfortable beds, nice and clean room, good breakfast.
The hotel is in a quieter section but still close to restaurants, stores, etc.
Quiet. Barely saw anyone, staff or otherwise.

Cons -

Yes. 3rd night was a NIGHTMARE! Guest next door was loud. We complained 3 times. At 3 am we were changing rooms. Hotel made zero efforts to evict him or deal with him. We were moved 1 floor up in the same wing. We could hear him when used bathroom.
Barely saw anyone. Had no interaction with anyone other than checking in and out. Almost felt like no one was available. As if you would have to hunt for them if you needed them.
