Staff were friendly that I checked in with, women I checked out with were snobby.

Carpet felt damp, like after having it cleaned

The breakfast was somewhat versatile. Waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, grits, biscuits, danish, sausage and coffee and juice.

Room smelled of dog.

Yes we checked in I booked a disabled room we got into room # 121 an it was also a non smoking room, we walked in an it reeked of pot smoking so I turned around went back to office and told them they put us in room # 117 but it wasn' a handicapped room

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. location was great for all the sites we wanted to see.

Having a restaurant in the hotel was great! The shower in our handicapped room was wonderful (we aren't handicapped). The breakfast was good...not just continental.

Perhaps it's near an EMS or fire station. We kept hearing sirens before we went to bed.

Staff was great, room clean and stocked very well. Could not have asked for a better stay. Of the 4 hotels I stayed in on this trip, the other three didn¿t even come close to this Best Western. It gets my highest recommendation and I will stay there agai

Front desk staff made an effort to be friendly and helpful. They had no chance to outweigh the negatives about the motel location and terrible sound transmission between guest rooms.

The motel is within a few hundred feet of an incredibly busy (24/7) traffic area for both local and interstate traffic, plus the motel is surrounded by commercial operations that make noise, such as garbage trucks collecting in the wee hours.

Hot breakfast

Each time I stay here I have to tell them it's a handicap room although I reserved one. I'm never booked correctly. Also the toilet backed up. Maintenance made me unclog it myself.

Did not get to make trip, sickness caused us to be unable to go,so after talking to several agents and your hotel no one was willing to work with us about a partial refund or moving the dates without a charge. We even offered to send medical documentatio.

We did not get to go because of illness, it would have been two senior couples

Nice room, comfy bed, cold AC, great location.

Staff not too friendly, breakfast kinda lame; the only real food was a breakfast sausage sandwich that you could heat in the microwave.

Maintenance/cleaning staff is excellent and so friendly! Breakfast is really good -eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, pastries, yogurt, cereal, homemade GOOD oatmeal with fixings, grits, gravy, etc. Mexican restaurant next door is excellent.

No housekeeping during stay (for days!) shower head didn't work, front desk never responded - but a very nice cleaning staff replaced it when I asked. Dogs are allowed but NOT in restaurant or breakfast area (even ESA dogs). Pool closes early (dusk)

Staff was amazing! Good hot breakfast too!

It's an old motel style. People were hanging out in front of our room to smoke. I never understand while people can't do that in front of their room. It's not necessarily the hotel's fault, really its an issue with the design of the hotel.

Very noisy kid next door kept banging on the wall, old hotel, just remodeled. It was clean but bathroom was extremely small. Just not the best experience.
