Hampton Inn Hendersonville

Bed seemed small for a queen size but was still good, room was same as little small but cozy as my wife put it

The bed was horrible and the covers were really itchy I have never quite experienced linens this uncomfortable before the bed sheet?s literally scratched me would never recommend this hotel they need to change linens and the bed mattress was springy

Convenient location.

The sheets were not clean. The shower head does not aim into the shower. The breakfast area furniture is worn, and the bottom of the shower seat was covered in rusty staples. The room phone was found on the floor next to the night stand.

Hotel reception did not greet us while we stood there for 5 minutes. Chairs in breakfast area need to go to the dump. Shower keeps spilling water all over the floor even with shower curtain in place. Overall dated hotel. Needs remodel.

Clean with nice amenities . Well priced

There was a problem with the hot water. The recirculating pump broke and it took forever to get hot water.

Welcoming, clean, quiet, exceptional staff, great selection for breakfast, well taken care of. I slept well, bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Honestly Hampton Inn is now my go to hotel. Big improvement over other chains I've used.

The air conditioner was very loud. It was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was lacking - we went to Waffle House

The only complaint was the toilet. It was so low that you would hurt your back trying to sit down. We were in room 314. A young child could sit fine but not an adult.

Room was beside an entrance / exit door that slammed every 20i mins until 5am, residue on toilet , and brown smears on inside of window . Door to room had a two plus inch gap on floor and could hear a lot. Due to Covid breakfast was slim but great

Check in was quick and easy even arriving early. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Good location close to vineyards and downtown.

The bed and pillows were a little soft for our taste but for one night it was fine.

The hotel was clean and ensured proper COVID precautions were being taken (Packed breakfast, signs for social distancing amd face masks, room seals)

The room was clean had plenty of towers but the air didn't work well the unit leaked and we were right next door to the stairs and I was up till 3am hearing people come in and out

The staff she was rude and had the don't care attitude she was laying around on the couch like she was home watching tv

It was very nice and up to date. One of the most comfortable beds ever.

Bathroom could use a little more counter space but we mamaged just fine.
