The room was as discussed, easy to get to.

Service was poor, couldn’t go into to the lobby at any time( night or day), the desk worker was ok, but the manager was so rude, refused to provide receipt, had to talk through a ring door bell… it was the most unprofessional,unpleasant stay I’ve ever had

At check-in, which late afternoon, I had to use a ring camera to check-in and selected my room key from a table were numerous other room keys were in plain few. I had planned to stay an extra day but hotel entrance door always locked.

This was the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced. I got charged more than what I agreed to. Got put into a nasty room got called a lier when I requested something else. The front desk person yelled at me I will never go there again

I hated the whole experience

I tried to cancel my reservation before I got to the hotel but couldn't because I prepaid. Once I got to my room, the room was dirty. Trash behind toilet, dirty bowl, dirty wash cloth, mold on shower curtain and walls. Microwave unacceptable

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere in the shower, old milk in the fridge, and an old coffee pod in the coffee machine. The breakfast area was under construction and there was no effort to make breakfast available for anyone.

Advertised breakfast unavailable due to unseen renovations. Advertised fitness room unavailable as this hotel has never had a fitness room.

Not alot, After I unpacked all of my belongings as I was staying there 2 nights, I went to take a shower and the nozzle wasn't working Thank goodness my friend was handy and able to fix it so we didn't have to change rooms.

The decor was dated. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens felt scratchy. I had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful though and I appreciate them working on Christmas so I could work at a local nursing home

The only that I liked from this hotel was the location.

I did not like the way I was treat at the Front desk, staff was so rude. Not friendly at all.

Nothing. The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. The cleaning person was drunk and didn't even make his rounds until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. The staff in the office were all rude and completely unable to help. I would continue but I think

motel is in a terrible area, the area is so bad that the motel lobby was closed, and i was informed that the included breakfast they would give me a togo bag for instead of sitting inside. i did get a smoking room, but even so it did stink,

No remote, no washcloths,no towels .

Fairly nice room, though very dusty. Good shower.

Needs better security. I had some troubled looking person knock on my door at 1:30am asking if she could use my phone. It wasn't an emergency.

Service was terrible. Had to wait an hour to try and check in because nobody was manning the front desk. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

We did not stay after entering the room. The room was unlocked when entered. Paint was coming off the walls. The bathroom mirror is visible from the door and you could see that it had not been cleaned. One hand towel was not folded and used?

Everything - would not recommend. When I went back to office to turn keys in since not staying she was yelling at the next customer who didn't speak English well - she was very rude to him because he was paying in cash, not card.

Room wasn't ready for check in. Manager mopped it while I waited. There were dead roaches on the floor as well as old food. Technically not a handicapped room. Tub faucet had sharp edges & needed replacing. No breakfast included although stated on site.

The entire room was dirty. The shower barely turned on and when it did, you could barely get it to turn off. The house keeping left dirty towels and wash clothes in the bath tub.

The location was ideal for travel

The manager was rude and disrespectful. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and odor. Used towel left in bathroom. Hair in the shower, bathroom, and sink drain. AC didn¿t work wel and stunk. Stains on bed. Grimy and dusty floors. Poor quality for price
