Breakfast, parking, staff was friendly, most of hotel appeared to be clean

Beds weren’t so comfortable and found what appeared to be a roach in our room. I had higher expectations

The hotel was clean, has modern amenities and the staff was pleasant.

For those who don?t eat pork, turkey sausage or bacon would have been appreciated.

The staff was helpful and professional.

The rooms could be cleaner. The TV in our room needs to be repaired.

We were in town for a wedding. I had checked earlier in the week about an early check-in and was told to check the morning of our arrival to be sure. Called at 9 AM and was told that we could check in upon arrival even if two hours early. That was great

The carpet in our room could have been cleaned a little better some stains.

Very clean hotel. I don't know if we were in a handicap room or not, but the shower/bathroom was marvelous.

The location was good.

I ended up staying up the street the second night at the holiday which was much cheaper and a nicer hotel. This Hampton inn was over priced for its situation.

Nice clean rooms, good selection of food in morning, 24 hour coffee, good location.

Bed was extremely creaky, shower would drip if not forcefully shut off, pool chemicals were very strong, no hot tub like in the pictures, front desk wasn’t extremely friendly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the AC not working in the original room we were placed and the front desk staff immediately changed the room to ensure that our family was comfortable for the reminder of our stay. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was amazing. The breakfast was delightful and had a large variety of options, which is prefect when traveling with children. My little human loved the waffles.
