SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro Airport

staff were kind, helpful and curteous. the rooms were clean. the pool did not have towels but it was explained that they were very behind on laundry so I won't fault them for that.

I wish the room had more lights. Would have been nice to have towels at the pool and have the pool room be warmer.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and new. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

Friendly staff, extremely clean, delicious breakfast with wonderful options. The rooms were spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and nice location

Staff is not friendly and rude. The online said breakfast available by 6am but when we get there they said no it’s 7am so it’s misleading and disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the hotel was beyond our expectations.

We were not aware there was an additional fee for the use of their WiFi. Be aware especially if you have children attempting to log into their phones or tablets. If it asks you for your last name and room number, expect to be charged.

I loved the location and the facility was great. The breakfast was very delicious and you had a wide variety of things to eat.

Nothing everything was okay and would stay again.

The location was awesome. It was away from the city area with no congestion or traffic.

The front desk clerk was not professional. It's inappropriate to ask,"What brings you here."? When looking at my gov't I.D. and seeing an out of state address, she should have given us a list of nearby food locations, the local mall, or upcoming events in the area. She did not make us feel "at home," and I would suggest proper training in customer service from headquarters. The front desk is the face of the company.

The rooms are very small for multiple guests. The bathroom was not very private and the beds were positioned right in front of a see through door.

facility is new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall exceeded my expectation of what a 3 star suite would be.

Wifi is slow. Netflix is very slow and actually so slow that the subtitle doesn't show up timely. Breakfast could be better too.

Sink was slow to drain and seemed to be clogged with hair.
