It was close to Seymour AFB.

I reserved a king suite. The HVAC unit didn't work in the room. I didn't get a good night's sleep because it was hot and I tossed and turned all night. The next morning was chilly. We couldn't turn on the heat. No maint on duty. No refund/credit.

Staff are amazing.

The hotel is dirty and in dire need of a major renovation. The couch in my room had a big hole, the blinds wouldn¿t open so the room was very dark during the day, elevator rug was dirty, room and walls were banged up and needed painting, etc

Loved the room, comfy and roomy. Loved the pool. Staff is very friendly. We will be back!

The whole atmosphere from the moment I walked in to the moment I left after my visit was welcoming and friendly. The room was very accommodating and had plenty of space. Quiet and comfortable sleep. I will be frequenting this establishment for every trip

Although the breakfast was adequate, I would choose more options to offer and have better labeling on the hot bowls and sandwiches. For sanitary purposes you couldn¿t distinguish what we what without picking it up and looking at it

Not hotels fault but we had children running up and down our hallway at 10:30 at night made our dogs bark which added to the disturbance of the guest¿s trying to sleep including us. The window blind did not block out the security light our room was brit

Very friendly staff

They tried to charge me twice for the stay, bathroom door would not close, we were moved to another room and still the same problem. The pool was also closed which I why I picked this hotel.

Yes! First room the door wouldn't lock. We got a second room and the bathroom door wouldn't move. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous stay. The front desk clerk said they would get maintenance to fix the door and the never did.

A staff member broke into our room and robbed us, pool heater was broken, elevator was broken, ice out of their ice machine had a big black chunk of something in it, 2 out of our 3 towels has black hairs embedded in the terry cloth.

From the amenities to the beds this hotel was very much on point and lived up to its name as Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Normally I would have given this hotel a close to excellent rating except that there was mold on the bathroom ceiling near the fan. My daughter had an allergic reaction after taking a shower. We reported it, but the desk clerk said they had no more rooms.

What I enjoyed best was my great roomy-room.

The continental breakfast needs a lil work as far as the quality of the taste, the variety & quantity. But it was an overall good experience.

The staff were friendly, space/room was clean and located off the highway as well as near restaurants.

Breakfast...waffle batter to loose and still had about 1 1/2 hr left for breakfast but hadn't replenished items (eggs were overdone possibly due to warmer). Plus, the length of time pool and sauna closed.
