Outside and lobby beautiful but rooms are run down and worn out

At 6:50am the Fire Alarm went off had to evacuate the building then we returned to the room and the fire alarm went off again. We evacuated again. All because the Staff burnt breakfast!!!

Facilities were all clean and staff was great. Also they have a very good breakfast!

The hotel was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you to hotel employee for your extra help with my room. The ladies in the cafeteria were great and to the guy who keeps the lobby cleaned, great job! We will be back!

Yes, the toilets are very low

Pool wasnt open, indoor swimming pool was our top priority Since we couldnt use swimming pool, we decided to do laundry and washer & machine saying OUT OF SERVICE

I booked this hotel for the full reason it had a indoor pool, it was never stayed on website or when booked it was down for maintenance no cancel was allowed

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location, quiet place to stay, and plentiful hot breakfast

What I liked best about this hotel is the location to highway, retail and grocery stores. The front desk was friendly and professional. Housekeeping was great. Cleanliness of the room. Selection of complimentary breakfast selections.

The staff is what I liked most. Warm, caring and very inviting. Made me feel at home.

The light didn¿t work when you walked into the room. So to had to find my way through a dark room until I made it to another lamp and tried to find the switch.

carpet in room and hall was dirty and there was no shower curtain in bath room had to request it and put it up myself

Shower soap pumps had been replaced with horrible soap¿wax and no fragrance.The rest of the toiletries were from brands that you find at low end motels. Tub stained and etched with soap scum.

Hotel was clean, and breakfast was amazing!

Friendly staff

There was a strong damp smell in the room whenever the A/C was off. It made me a bit nauseous but I didn't realize the problem until after I checked out of the hotel. I'm not sure if it was just my room.

The cleanliness of the room and the size was much larger than what I expected. The staff were ALL consistently professional and friendly.

Breakfast was good staff was excellent beds were comfortable

Carpet in the room could be replaced only 1 elevator was working and it was slow

buffet was not what I expected and indoor pool looked green. I thought the pool was outside when I booked.
