The room cost somewhat less than expected for a holiday.

The charge for pets was outrageous! There wasn't a drop of shampoo. Bathroom door won't lock. Very slow check-in.

Room had a musty smell. Could not take a shower due to no hot water

Continental breakfast was excellent. Good variety.

The room was not serviced one time during our stay. No clean towels had to request from several different staff and even at the front desk before we were able to get two bath towels.

The rooms are dated, were not cleaned well and had a smell. The water pressure in the sink and shower was minimal and definitely not worth the price spent to stay there

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very nice. Breakfast lady was super friendly and helpful.

The location was easy to get to.

There were 2 elevators. Only one was working when I checked in. By the time I needed to check out the second one had stopped working. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs.

Hotel was near the interstate....easy to find....plenty of free parking. Room was clean with a smelled fresh. Complimentary breakfast was good. Had a issue upon arrival. Room wasn't cleaned . Went back to the front desk...issue resolved.

The room I booked was under maintenance, and then the room they assigned me- the bed smelled like someone threw up on it so they gave me a regular room not a suite.

Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The room and bathroom was very clean. Hampton Inn and Suites have always been a very nice hotel to stay in.

The Orange Juice that came with the breakfast didn't taste good. I would suggest a name brand Orange Juice or something like Apple Juice. Everything else was good.

Staff was helpful and nice.

The queen beds were actually full size so I didn’t have room to sleep with husband, and they were very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep well at all. Guests were allowed to smoke just outside the door and I had to walk through smoke to leave the hotel.

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast bar is superior to competition. Room was appropriate and clean. Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at.

The lady on duty when I arrived was very helpful, and understanding.

Several things I did not like, however, your maximum word limit of 255, does not allow me space to elaborate. I was double charged fo rmy room for the second night, and I would like a refung!

After check in we were directed to the rear entrance where all the luggage carts was located. Mind you this during the northeaster pouring rain no overhead for protection from the rain. Carts sho God have been IN the front for protection from elements.

Do you still wash all of the bedding? I wasn’t sure about the Duvet? I know, you used to wash all the bedding between stays.

Mold in showers is unacceptable, stains on the recliner. Also, why no bathroom fan? Not as good as previous visits. No way to lock the bathroom door. I nearly broke my hand on the sliding door. Not a big fan. Also the fridge wasn’t cold.

Room was large & bathroom spacous. The morning breakfast was good & had much variety.
