Location

Staff was not helpful. No coffee cups at breakfast.

Location is great, easy access to town but not too much road noise.

I had to have my room key reprogrammed every day of my trip when I returned in the evenings, as if they turned it off each day even though I was not checking out. The attitudes of the staff ranged from uninterested to annoyed being asked to do their jobs.

I was told that I didn?t have a reservation when my reservation was prepaid. I was told my card was declined when again I already had prepaid for the room over a month in advance. Was told that I put the room in someone else name when I had my name on it

The location

Bathroom and room space, very late check in, hot elevator and side door was out of service.

fairly clean. Out of order ice machines The staff was friendly but the manager was rude and arrogant.

The manager or owner along with the younger desk clerk was comletely rude and unprofessional both lacked customer service and ppl skills. both had little to none. so bad thatbi would not recommend staying here if you have to check in before 4 p.m

The early 130 AM checkin. But the receptionist appeared to have been awoken and was not friendly.

The tv didn¿t keep internet connection so we couldn¿t relax. Water was coming in by the ac later told that happens when it rains. It was raining! Breakfast for a Saturday ended by 9. That¿s way too early on a weekend! The fan in the bathroom too loud.

Comfort in room. Clean Hotel

Breakfast was very poor.

The rooms were clean. Pool seemed nice although we didn¿t have time to enjoy.

Requires 100% full payment upon checking in. Checkin doc showed diff. price than charged.Hotel is stingy with towels and toilet paper. Appearance different than shown in photos-Not as nice. Room wasn¿t cleaned on Sunday. Chair was ripped up and gross.

Location price during the week and breakfast

Smell of marijuana on the second floor after moving rooms during a extended stay and no courtesy extended hour checkout

I wish they had menu's at the front desk to restaurants in the area for take out. We had a hard time ordering out and did not have a vehicle to check places out.

Room smelled very Smokey. I try not to complain to I went out and purchased a candle to try and get rid of the odor but that only worked while it was burning. I should have asked to change rooms. Next time I will.

Location to stores

Large visiblee white stains on chair and air conditioner leaking water. Needed to use towels for the leak in the middle of the night.

Area of hotel was great, breakfast ok but would prefer hot breakfast, room is great size except for bathroom.

Small bathrooms, no iron boards on the whole 3rd flr level but other than that it is a great hotel .

The hotel is always clean, I have been there before. I come from Florida to North Carolina and the room are extremely clean, comfortable bed, etc

What I like best about the Quality Inn in Goldsboro is their staff. Everyone is friendly. They greet you by name and they have hot breakfast. It is conveniently located around many eateries plus it is not that far from the room. Even the layout is great.

The room was clean as well as the lobby and halls. Hotel smells nice too. Staff was friendly.

Towels were coarse and small. 1 thin blanket was on the bed. No storage space. Only 1 drawer in addition to the hanging closet. Huge gap under the door gave no privacy. Had to put towels to block the light and sounds coming from the hall.

The staff was great; they were very helpful in getting me signed in and assisting with my concerns.

I did not like that there was a very large gap underneath the doors of all the hotel rooms following a recent renovation, which allowed all the sounds from everyone elses rooms to come into the room even at normal volume. It was loud, and I won't go back.

The room was throughly cleaned. The room had a welcoming vibe which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The price was perfect... will definitely stay here again.

The front desk clerk, was EXTREMELY personable. He was very pleasant with me and I enjoyed chatting with him during my check-in.

The location and the price was good for a little getaway.

The bathroom was small, didn't have soap for the bathroom.
