- I originally requested a room with a whirlpool tub, which i received. It didn't work. The maintenance man tried to repair it for approximately 2hrs.In doing so, it released multiple water bugs scrambling throughout the room. In the future they should
- We prepaid for our room and when we arrived, we were told someone else was in the room. It took an HOUR to be given another room. The bed was comfortable, but breakfast was late being served so we didn't have time to eat.
- The pool was freezing
