The cleanliness.
The gentleman that checked us in was nice.

Cons -

The 3rd-shift agent was great, but the AM staff was rude and incompetent, forcing me out despite my paid reservation. Their actions led to police involvement, causing me distress and a panic attack.
The place was so dirty. Urine soaked mattresses, blobs of goo stuck on walls, dirty sheets, ash everywhere, broken door lock, dirty floors/bath, had to sleep wrapped in bed cover w lights on due to stink bugs coming out of the ceiling & flying around.
