The Landmark Inn

It was just nice to be on base. And not having to drive off and back on several times. We were there to pick up our deployed Army man. Had to stay an extra day due to a flight delay (Army¿s fault). Was not a problem at all.

I can not think of a thing.

Not willing to refund my money after I told them I was not able to check in because it was in the military base. Very poor customer service. Next time they need to call the customer and confirm with them to make sure they have access to get on base

Needs upgraded toilets, too low.Hotel looks outdated.

Customer service, prices for snacks, overall cleanliness, breakfast bar was good.

The check in staff, on my day of checkin was very rude. It was a Caucasian female. She did not wear a mask. I was second in line. While waiting I had to take a phone call. I intended to wait to check in until after my important. She rudely interrupted me.

Everything was above expectation for a 2.5-star hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel breakfast with breakfast burritos, coffee 24/7, and much more made this hotel more like a nice 3.5-star hotel.

The front desk told me the Visitor Gate closes at 4:30 pm to get a pass on base as a contractor. This was not accurate information. The Visitor pass center is open until 9:00 pm, and if you call before 9:00 pm, they will work with later arrivals.

The location and the fact that it was on the base of Fort Bragg where our son is stationed.

The toilet bowl was not clean. Otherwise, the rest of the room was fine.

I really don't why it has a 2 star rating. It was clean, staff was very courteous, helpful and always smiling when spoken to. They kept the free breakfast items stocked for the duration of breakfast hours. Location was adjacent to shopping.

There was nothing I found to dislike about the Landmark Inn.

This hotel is located on a military base. Although is says that in description, there is nothing stating you need to be there by a certain time to obtain clearance to enter the base.. we arrived at 11:30 at night and was turned around at the gate.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location to visit our Airman, stationed at Ft Bragg. Will stay there again.
