- Everything. The room was filthy with cigarette burns on the furniture and blood stains all over the place. And I tried to cancel before hand and the guy at the front desk just swiped my and card as I said to cancel and told me it was to late.
- Noise and the room was not cleaned the next day when management was told and they said they would
- There was a horrible odor in the room. The front desk staff came and sprayed over it after I complained and asked to be moved to another room, but it literally just masked the smell for a few minutes, before it was smelling exactly the same again.
