Lighthouse Suites, BW Signature Collection

This hotel is a sweet little gem where you are treated like long last family. Rooms are super clean and roomy. Hotel staff are amazing - going the extra mile for anything you might want or need. Everybody was friendly and helpful. We rate it at 10+++

Everything was great!

Alot of things were very good about this hotels. On late arrival parking lot lighting good, easy assess to rooms, no forever hallways like large hotels. Friendly helpful staff. Refreshing decor, clean, relaxing.Dining area spacious w large windows.

The breakfast was not much more than a continental.

Breakfast is good selection, but could have more pastries, like danish, scones. My room had a leaky refrigerator. I had a pool of water every day. I did report it & didn’t get any feedback.

Everything but the keurig machine is couldn't understand and the decaf coffee. I couldn't drink it and had to go get coffee elsewhere. But other than that it is a model property. I really loved the blue sofa set apart from the beds.

Great beach, lots of processed food for motel breakfast and no TV. Otherwise it was fine.

Cable TV did not work properly so we could not watch the news or any over-the-air stations. Coffee maker in the room malfunctioned when the water would not shut off.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT-IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THE SHOWER TO RUN HOT WATER-VERY CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS OVERLY KIND AND HELPFUL

The first night was amazing! And checking in was so nice the front desk staff were so nice!

Only thing that was a problem the walls are thin, so on the second night of my stay all I heard was a bunch of little kids yelling and playing with the connecting door.

The only good thing that it’s walking distance to the beach

Staff are super rude, they charge me extra money for nothing. The manager didn’t take my calls.. they don’t know anything about hospitality, period!!!!

Super friendly staff and clean hotel! The lovely lady on day shift was so kind and helpful to us. Will definitely stay here again!

Only I was surprised that I would to check in early and I had to wait for two hours to get my room

Short drive to the public access. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. It was very quiet in a very safe area. The A/C was very cold and everything was very clean.

I wish the breakfast had some kind of meat- bacon or sausage. The pool was small and we didn’t know where to get pool towels.

Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Room was well insulated against noise. Nice sitting rooom.

TV guide did not match actual channels on the TVs. TV in the sitting room didn't work at first and had to be fixed.

The mini suite was comfortable. The bathroom was large with good showers. The bed was super comfortable. The other guests were quiet consisting of families and adults. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Cleanliness.

Terrible breakfast: very few choices, most of them unhealthy and super processed. A loud fan is linked to the bathroom light, so using the bathroom at night means waking others. No shelves in the shower stall to place a soap or shampoo; no soap dish next to the sink. The coffee maker could use instructions; never figured out how to boil water for tea - frustrating. Staff coverage at the front desk is spotty. Pool was closed. This is a beach hotel that does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas or towels. All cups, plates, and utensils, in the entire hotel, are disposable, going directly into the landfill. There should be a fine for that.

The hotel was remarkably clean. The staff took excellent care of us there, and went wayyyy above and beyond our expectations. The suite was very well laid out and spacious and the fact that it was a smaller hotel was nice. I dont think I could of found anything negative to say about this place if I tried. This is going to be our hotel for now on when we visit Emerald Isle.
