  • Late check out and staff.
  • I was pleased with the hotel and its amenities. I breakfast was adequate.
  • Good location. Great customer service. Clean comfortable room. Good value for the money.

Cons -

  • Customer service was awful.
  • My bank card showed a $20 charge I cannot account for and will contact Fairfield Inn Marriott for explanation.
  • They waited until I got there and told me they needed to put 60.00 on my card in case I got items. I said I wouldn't get anything. I was told I had to or I wouldn't get my room.
