- Location and staff
- Loved how quiet the room in this hotel was. It is an older, solidly built hotel, not flimsy and noisy like more modern hotels. Spacious and comfortable inside, with lots of seating areas in the foyer (also has a decent bar, and a separate sandwich bar open late), there was also plenty of outdoor parking, despite a conference going on the weekend I stayed.

- The pet fee was not obvious when I booked and at $150 for 2 nights, on top of my room cost, was more expensive than a lot of other also higher end hotels. The $18 breakfast buffet was surprisingly limited in choice, and had a 10 min queue to be seated because the hotel was hosting a conference. I will stay here again but not bring my dog.
- No coach and just one chair at the table.
