- Courteous staff and excellent location. Close to the airport and centrally located.
- The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.
- Staff are friendly and welcoming
Cons -
- My truck was broken into over night. The windows broken and items stolen from inside. No cameras.
- The bathroom door has no locks the bathroom towels are not clean
- We were not warned that the hotel was under renovation and that ruined they stay. It was meant to be relaxing but the drilling into concrete above my head was extremely annoying. I have PTSD and always make a point of me mentioning that in my bookings. This would have been our third year in a row staying at the hotel. Be more up front with residents in future and do not leave that to when they arrive
