The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful I left my shoes in the room and didn?t have any problems being able to go get them
The ceiling in the was nasty and was a bug in my room

Musty smell throughout second floor hallway. All four of my pillows smelled. Cases were clean, but pillow itself had oily head smell. Had to cover them with bath towels to get to sleep.

The first room we were assigned had a broken key card unit and we couldn't get in. The second room had a clogged toilet and had to be plunged. The hotel employee came and took care of it for us.

Convenience to location I was visiting; Taco Bell is in easy walking distance; the lobby men's restroom was amazing - I thought I was at a Ritz Carlton. The a.m. complimentary breakfast is very nicely done.
The staff was courteous, kind, and meet our every needs. The breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again if in Clinton, NC. Although the pool was small it accomadated us very well.
The pool did not open until 11a and on Saturday the staff person did not open until 11:50a.
