SpringHill Suites Charlotte is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet. A kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator are featured in every suite of this Charlotte hotel. A flat-screen TV with cable is also provided and rooms feature modern decor. A fitness center is on site at the Charlotte University Research Park Springhill Suites. Guests will also have access to laundry facilities as well as meeting and banquet facilities. This hotel is located off Interstate 85 and is 10 minutes’ drive from Charlotte city center. There are many dining options located less than 1 mile away.

Pros +
- The room itself was exceptional
- Friendliness of staff and cleanliness if room.
- The location was okay.
Cons -
- The heater was to cold and blows on the bed made to much noise. And the bathroom exhaust was loud. Bed and toilet was to low.
- They do not have a working pool or hot tub.... and they wouldn't compensate a discount for the inconvenience.
- Breakfast did not have protein, eggs and meats, which needed due to some dietary restrictions.
