Cons -

  • The air filters in the room were disgusting. They were covered with clearly months? worth of lint and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they?d have someone come replace it, but nobody ever did. The bed was very uncomfortable.
  • Pool closed entire 3 day stay, microwave inoperable, carpet in room stained, and HVAC would not maintain thermostat temperature during heat of the day .
  • Front desk sent me to the wrong room. I had to go back downstairs to get a new key. No towels in the room upon arrival.
