Studio 6 Suites Charlotte, NC - Tyvola Rd-Executive Park

Ill admit I was worried seeing some of the othe reviews but my room was very clean. I did not see one bug, hair, or stain...in MY room. It was a nice stay for what it costs. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was a few stains on the hallway carpet, but I didnt sleep in the hallway so it honestly didnt bother me that much. Although, the bed after the second night started to get uncomfortable since the matresses are firm but as well I do have a back injury so maybe it was just that.

The room rate was great as was the check in staff. The room was very clean

The location is great.

Hotel is now extended housing for families. Unattended kids are playing in the parking lot till after 1a.m. in the morning. Shouting things that would make a gangster rapper blush. AC wasn't functional, and was never repaired in my week stay.

Can’t say. When we arrived, the power was out. The location is good, I guess.

Well the power was out, for one. Was told by someone who was currently staying there, that the power wasn’t going to be on until 12am that night. The short time I was in the parking lot, it smelt of marijuana. We left quickly when shots were fired. The “Call Center” wasn’t any help with canceling the reservation, and was still charged for the night.

The location was great for my overall business affairs and there were restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff had to move me to another room on arrival but then forgot they moved me. There was an issue about being in the switched room and I had the front desk paperwork. The issue was resolved but it was an inconvenience.

The location I needed was the only thing that was great. Hotel was like the hood with people hanging out in lawn chairs and being loud. Children running around the hotel line unsupervised by parents. Tried to find front desk to complain could not find non

The front desk hung outside and smoked all day with other hotel guess all outside like it¿s the hood. Could not complain because they were NEVER at front desk. They never came to clean room. Very unprofessional and very disruptive. I will never again.

Location and dog friendly.Wifi, great parking, friendly staff.

Smell of marijuana and stale cigarette smoke in the halls.We had to use our sanitizing wipes on the switches, handles and knobs.The cleaning was not done to our standards. The room had a lot of aged grime in the bathroom including cigarette burns on the edge of the bathroom sink.We didn't use the shower.

The location is great. Tgere are two employees I would definitely love to acknowledge as well for thier great customer service and Hospitality.

Its a Little outdated but livable
