- The room was spacious..but listed as sleeping 4 people there was only one bed..pictures showed a pull out couch that was not in the room.

- They charge you if you need additional toilet paper.. one roll was not gonna last a week. No where did I find about being charged for toilet paper.. there were evident cockroach problems seen dead ones under the kitchen cabinet and live ones
- The rude hotel staff, the surprise deposit I have stayed at numerous extended stay hotels and never been talked to so rude in my life. Arguments happening in the lobby..refused to let me check-in early for business.
