Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Charlotte

I loved that we were right in the heart of everything! The hotel and room were beautiful, I’d definitely stay again. Although the heat didn’t work properly in our room the first night when we called the next day maintenance came and fixed it right up for us!

Unfortunately there was construction going on at the time of my stay and it kept waking me and my family up. The first day there was drilling at 10am and then the next day there was hammering at 8am.

The Hotel was beautiful and the hospitality was excellent.

Excellent hospitality and facilities!

Everything was very nice for the most part. Lots of options for breakfast and the bar was nice. Rooms were spacious.

My only complaints are related to inside temperatures I stayed in late sept and the highs were around 80° the lobby seemed hot during mid to late day.The room seems to not hav great air flow, only 1 vent for the bedroom and 1 for the living space. Seemed like I could not get the room temp to below 74.

Good location

Our room had damaged carpet there were stains on the bedroom carpet with a rank Oder don’t know if a pet was in there.

Great location with easy access to downtown. The staff I interacted with was pleasant.

We had water issues in our room. Not everyone could shower as the water would randomly stop working. Also, randomly the toilet wouldn’t flush because the tank wouldn’t fill back up with water. The room was decently clean but found other guests leftover things randomly that I ended up throwing away. Also, the room was hot, thankfully we brought a fan as we couldn’t get the room to a cool comfortable temperature.

Very satisfied with the hotel and view. Very disappointed in the room; the toilet was running constantly. The room had a musty smell.

The smell of the room wasn't pleasant; it was musty, like wet floors. not that bad tho

Needs a deep cleaning in the rooms. Glad it was was only for one night

It's a great location ,close to where my family lives Makes it so easy to get around since we don't k ow the area .

Not a thing ,everything is great and staff even nicer

The room was big and spacious and very clean. The hotel overall was very nice. Lots of places to sit and relax.

The location, sometimes hard to get out of the parking lot depending on the time of day. No food places close by. Bed was extra firm which made it hard for me to sleep comfortably.
