The staff was incredible. When there was an issue w the pool being closed they made up for it right away by giving us access to the pool at the Hilton across the way. The accommodation were great and much appreciated

The pool was closed for repairs due to ph balance. a bit disappointing

Clean, comfortable, good beds, pillow, good shower, excellent breakfast.

They ran out of waffle batter and didn’t replace it. Minor issue

The location was great and the property was clean

Parking wasn’t that good and the room didn’t have any charging ports for the cell phones

Fantastic hotel, rooms were clean and great size

The pillows were shocking, too many kids running around at breakfast

The staff went above greeting you & asking how is everything. Manager walked around the reception talking to guests. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. Quality of food was great, lots of options & made to order omelets. We appreciated real plates & silverware, no plastic like many hotels we stay at use. The suite had a wonderful layout. Living room and kitchenette were separate from bedroom. You could access the bathroom from the bedroom or kitchenette. Very clean throughout. We liked having a dresser, cushioned bench & closet in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable & linens clean, no smell or stains. Air conditioning worked very well. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows & 4 pillows instead of 3 on each bed. Overall we had an amazing experience staying there. The location is excellent. We walked to several restaurants and it felt safe to do so.

We stayed for 3 nights & each night at the reception, the same appetizers were given. It would of been nice to change it up.

Cleanliness, great location to everything nearby. That made to order breakfast, scrumptious

No complaints really, renovations are in process to what I think needs sprucing up, but by no means run down

The bathroom has no ventilation fan. Therefore, after a shower. The bathroom stayed steamy and hot for a long time. The towels were new but not washed. Lint was all over my clothing and body. The ac unit was on and off all night. Pillows were very flat

Had a great time. Love this hotel as it provides everything you need. It’s close to some nice restaurants that you can walk to. Only issue was breakfast was cold one day. Aside from that I would return.

Everyone was super friendly, hotel location was nice, only about 20 minute drive to anywhere in Charlotte. Nice/clean rooms

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. EV charger is available. Restaurant on site offers good breakfast and dinner. Complementary drinks. They were renovating the lobby floor when we arrived and finished when we checked out next day morning. It looks amazing and I definitely going back.
