Location and price. Friendly, helpful staff.
The electric outlets have stopped working. I have nowhere to plug my hair dryer. I need them fixed by tomorrow or get a room change pronto. I have to wash and dry my hair. The room is missing a hair dryer and and an arm chair.

The room was clean.
Location. 2:00 AM Sirens were blaring, people yelling and shooting going on. People outside across the street all night.Had to deposit one hundred dollars. Never had to do this before. I went down to the office while my wife was gettingready. They were looking at the room before giving back my one hundred dollar bill. There wasn't any breakfast in the morning either which I paid for when booking. Would not recommend ever. Bad Bad area!!!!!

nice convenient location
Room had roaches. Lots of homeless people and beggars loitered the parking lot. Linens were dingy.

Staff was good. Easy check in, easy checkout.
Rooms: have obviously been smoked in. Air freshener does not fix it.Airport shuttle: this service has been discontinued. I mainly chose this location for the price, with the added cost of taxis all savings were negated.
