- The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating when weird things pop up - like a fire alarm or no heat in a room. The hotel is under refurbishment so they're dealing with nonstop challenges.

- Because the property is under refurbishment, there is a LOT of noise until weird times of the evening, but understanding that in advance prepares travelers for any challenges associated with the construction.
