The water in the bathroom did not work properly. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold ??no in between. Because of this I was unable to shower which was incredibly disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred if parking was free, but I knew that.

Staff is fantastic always (stayed there several times now). Location is perfect for me

new parking arrangement and paying separately is kind of a drag, but its fine

Parking situation. Not entirely clear that parking would cost additional through Town of Chapel Hill.

First room smelled like mold mildew. I asked for another room. Was given room next door which had the same smell. Desk phone did not work.

Poor service. Overcharge. Not very friendly or helpful.

Updated, clean, quiet, great breakfast and friendly staff!

It was confidently located and I was there for a medical visit to UNC

I was unprepared for the additional $20 parking fee.

I was very upset about all the additional fees!! The room was around $--, but when we arrived we had to pay around $--! I wasn¿t made aware of any additional fees that would add up to that much.

Location

Breakfast was average. There was a roof leak in the lobby that remained not repaired the entire time I was there.

I like the overall size of rooms

Couple things: Upon entering room the room smelled old and dank The shower wall was not as clean as I would expect The room was warm and never really cooled off

The rooms were super nice. I had the King Studio and it was HUGE!!! loved the room and the "kitchen" area. Bathroom was a decent size and shower was big as well

Construction was right outside the window and went on all night, the elevator was way on the other side of the hotel, and the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the parking for hotel guests was at the very top of the garage.

Dried contacts left on bathroom counter. Door to room stuck, took me 15 minutes to get out of the room.

Clean and quiet. Also, the location was close to restaurants and shops.

Not one thing.

No water bottles in the refrigerator in the gym over the weekend.

Location, size and cleanliness of rooms, beautiful property.

The absolute only negative was that there was only one front desk person and she was, at times spread thin attending to other valid matters. One of those times was when we were checking out.

That they lied and charged me $250 dollars from my card saying that i was smoking. Not fair. Thats my hard earned/working money. I didn't smoke in that room. I took my smokes outside. Im there working. I feel so sabotaged. Honest truth. I have a four year

The room was the perfect size and location. It was new and very modern.

The lobby definitely had a really strange smell, like bad body odor.
