The room was very compact. Very little room and the toilet/shower room was not made for anyone of size. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast. It was very minimal and the dining space was tight.

Nice clean hotel that¿s convenient to everything in Bryson City.

Very convenient location for our visit. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was great. Nice variety of items from which to choose. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The king room was smaller than most rooms; however, it was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in¿

We have stayed there for 3 years when we go on thee Polar Express!! Have loved it!!

When we got there the toilet was making a noise ¿.. I thought the sound sounded like it was just running so I wiggled and wiggled and checked it out and it finally stopped after several attempts!! We got no shower¿ totally disgusting

Breakfast needs to improve a bit. They need to add a hot protein like eggs to the menu. They had all starches.

Not necessarily didn't like but If they could add fresh fruit to the breakfast it would be nice. Example bananas,oranges and apple.

Water pressure in shower is top notch and lots of cable channels. Very clean place, and very nice staff

Being disabled and having to carry multiple suitcases up and down stairs was a bit challenging due to the lack of elevators. However, this was stated on the booking site. The biggest issue was the uncomfortable beds. I woke up with severe back pain daily.

Front desk person found a 1st floor room.

No elevator. I am handicapped. Thankfully they found us a 1st floor room. I will not stay in a Sleep Inn agsin

Lobby had too much aromatic perfume. Bad for asthmatics and people with allergies to scents/odors

We traveled for the first time with our Grand Dog, I called the night before to let them know we had a pet, when we arrived she was greeted with biscuits and a first floor room:) the staff was super friendly!!! The fee for a pet was $20, but well worth it

The cleanliness & choice of natural colors. Also the lobby & dining area were comfortable & attractive. Helpful nice staff.

The only thing to change would be toilet seats to fit the toilet. Ours was so small we were actually sitting on the toilet rim.

Our room smelled like smoke even though this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. The elevator was not in service. It was way too expensive for what we received.

The staff was very personable and professional. The lady working the continental breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
