Elevator out of service. Poor breakfast
The staff was friendly.
Dog food on the floor. Long hair on the shower wall. I took for granted it had a fridge, but shouldn't have. No smoking area outside to sit and have a cigarette,No ashtrays. My husband sat on the tailgate of our truck. Continental breakfast was a joke

The staff and cleanliness was great
The only thing that I would suggest is there should be a sign at the bottom of the hill pointing you to the hotel. It?s really hard to see from the highway.

Ice not on each floor. No fridge in room and room and bath very small. Had room on second floor, very noisy next to stairs.
Location to Bryson city and casinos
The cabinet that the microwave is in needs to have hole for the cord made bigger. Hard time plugging in microwave. No continental breakfast. Driveway needs asphalt repair

There was no refrigerator, no lights except for bright overhead lights. We had an adjoining room with a group of people that were very noisy and a dog was barking. We had to complain to the front desk and they took care of it. I would not stay there again
The ease of parking and location.
Shower curtain was too short and not wide enough. Toilet stopped up. No breakfast as stated on website.

Proximity to Main Street and parking.
Overpriced. Due to COVID, breakfast was not being served and there should be a discount due to this. The AC in our room was too loud.

I stayed for two nights and the room wasnâ≢t cleaned or beds made or fresh towels in bathroom. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for towels to take showers!!!
This hotel is convenient, clean and was nice overall. The hotel maid was very nice and subsequently she earned an extra tip from us. The hotel is isolated and private and quiet.
