Super comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and well stocked.

Didn't like parking at the foot of the hill.

How well it was outfitted for such small space, comfy bed, quiet.

Checking in was a problem. I did not receive an email with check in instructions and the # on the door didn?t work for me cuz I wasn?t on WiFi. Another guest, already checked in, helped us!

It was just quintessential mountain lodge all the way from the kitschy car parked on the road to mark the turn up the curvy lane to the moutainside log lodge to Well manicured property and a Outside areas for gathering in Adirondacks by a bonfire. ??

It¿s an adorable, affordable, clean place to stay!

The room at the lodge was perfect. There wasn¿t a thing I did not like! It seemed to have everything you could think of from all the kitchen necessities to a bedside fan for those who like air on them at night. It was super clean and decor was perfect.

The hike up the stairs from the parking lot was a doozy, but it was not a problem for us. They do have an area to drive up to the hotel, if anyone would have mobility issues or heavy bags to drop off.

Excellent facility, located in very scenic area easily accessible to Bryson City and Cherokee attractions to enjoy. Impeccably maintained.

Cleanliness, thoughtfulness of the owners as to all the amenities offered in and out of the rooms.

The fan/light remote control was able to operate the room beside you and not enough lighting for us ladies to apply makeup.

The location was beautiful and I enjoyed hearing the creek outside my window. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, well stocked with kitchen necessities, and generally clean.

The walls were very thin, I could hear neighbors a few doors down.The bathroom sink was small, awkward and practically unusable.The room reeked of air freshener, I got a sore throat and headache.The designated smoking area was too close to my window.

The personal touches and attentiveness of the owner. From offering dinner to supplying bonfires and marshmallows everything was well thought out to make you feel at home.

The only negative I noticed was the small size of the bathroom sink, but it was way overshadowed by all the positives.

THE LODGE IS SUPER CLEAN. THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFYED WITH EVERYTHING. GOOD LOCATION ABOUT 15/20 MIN. FROM BRYSON CITY I COULD NOT STAY AT A BETTER PLACE

Front porch, fire pit area, staff, woody decor, away from main highways, conducive to meeting and visiting with other guests, quiet and peaceful.

The small bathroom sink and the beds were too soft.

The people that I met and the staff it also has a awesome outdoor seating area with fire pit bbq grills and well lit

No this cabin has a lot to offer all the things that were needed for cooking was there

There was a lot of spaces to hang out, plenty of grills and fires. Accommodations were immaculate

Absolutely nothing

Great location near the NOC and other area activities. Shane was super friendly and great to work with. Every detail has been thought of and planned for in the rooms.

My ONLY complaint is the bed. Bed was pretty firm and the sheets weren¿t very soft.

Not the hotels fault, but the climb from parking is hard with a baby on the hip.
