- Location to my appointments and all services in the area.
- Close to where Iwanted to be.
Cons -
- Wasn?t a fresh hotel aroma. No continental breakfast.
- Hot tub not working. While swimming in the pool the maintenance guy opened 2 windows to let condensation out of the room. The out door temperature was in the low teens, it almost like swimming outdoors. He was aloof to my concerns; didn?t really care.
- The hotel overbooked and canceled our second room. Our shower did not have hot water , only like warm and didn?t have soap for the sink. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait for our complementary breakfast and we didn?t have time to wait.
