- i love how spacious it is, fully furnished. you only need to buy your own food and the room will have all the things you need

- The location is convenient and the unit itself was spacious. Front desk and security staff were polite when assisting us, even though the same issue kept recurring.
Cons -

- For all three nights of our stay, we could not access our room with our own keys. The door lock repeatedly failed, and we had to wait for staff/security every time to enter the room, often losing 10+ minutes. This meant a total lack of autonomy and was extremely disruptive, especially while traveling with a kid. We were even effectively stuck in the room one night because leaving meant risking being locked out again. The issue was never properly fixed. Additionally, the living room curtains fell and hit my child, creating a safety concern that was not resolved.

Location was great! Grounds were nice. Indoor pool heated. Communication with staff was on point.
