Pros +
- Central location
- Friendly staff and great location. Our AC unit went out and the staff offered to move us to a bigger room.
- The staff that I interacted with were all pleasant and efficient to help with whatever was needed.
Cons -
- No ocean view. Moderate walk to beach access. Could hear conversations in room next door. Ev chargers did not work with non Tesla vehicle with adapter, and did not have lighting at night. Parking was $9.00 a day which was for security but no security evident on property. Had to take out trash.
- I didn't like that there are no washer/dryers in the units it was very inconvenient. I also did not like the coffee pot at all, the coffee provided just didn't taste good.
- No linen provided for the sofa bed. Luckily the front desk had spare linen. Unable to register the second car for parking which is needed due to security patrolling the property.

The area was great and the front staff was helpful. Across from the beach which was wonderful. Security on site and being pet friendly was a plus.
