The staff and the breakfasts were very good!
This Bed and Breakfast was charming! The location was perfect for our visit to Biltmore estate, and the environment could not be beat. From the wine and cookies in the afternoon to AM breakfast - it was perfect!

Cons -

We have stayed here before. It need some updates and maintenance earlier -- it needs even more now. Floor tile was loose in the bathroom (came up when we walked on it!), painting is way overdue, etc.
It was quite a hike up 3 flights to our room, and some help with luggage would have been nice - but we knew what we were getting into, and loved our room.
Breakfast was mediocre.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely lovely. The decor is stunning with the richness of dark wood. It is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants as well as the Biltmore Estate. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff were great!
