the floors were not vacuumed good, my dog picked up a pill beside the bed and I luckily got it from her before she ate it

Room was dirty with stained carpet and sticky floors, microwave and refrigerator,

This is a beautiful new hotel only 3and half years. The elevators are quick, the room is perfect with its small kitchen, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I can't say enough about this place and best yet its walkable to Biltmore Village and the Estate

there was nothing I didn't like, - also if u have a dog there is a nice dog area in the back with bags and a trash can. The grill is great for grilling also. I didn't use the pool but those who were there seemed to like it.

The location was excellent for what we were doing and where we were going. The hotel and room seemed well maintained and was a relatively new type of design.

The hotel's location was on a side street that was more industrial. It would have been better to be on the nearby street which would be nicer for tourists. This is a minor issue however. The bedding had an odor. We used only the sheet & bedspread.

It was convenient and close to where we wanted to be.

The morning breakfast was not great. It had multiple offerings of microwave egg sandwiches and microwave egg bowls. Nothing to write home about!

Location to Biltmore Estate entrance.

Breakfast just ok. Coffee both mornings lacking flavor.

We did like having a kitchenette The room was dirty, from the people before us.The staff did not help at all and we left early.

The hotel was clean, a great price and location, the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable! I really liked the layout of the hotel and parking as well.

Everything was great!

Friendly staff, cleanliness, and basic essentials included in the room.

No hot tub

The staff was extremely friendly and the suite was a perfect choice with our 10 month old so she could sleep in the second room.

Only issue with Room 204 was a loose bath faucet caulked in place and the toilet paper holder was at a 45deg angle when should have been 90deg.

The style of the interior was lovely.

The train track next to the hotel. I was woken up at 2:15 AM several times because of the train horns.

The location is excellent to visit Biltmore Village & Estate. The hotel is relatively new, the furnishings are in great condition and the room/bathroom was very clean. The small kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher.

Although the breakfast is complementary the selection of items was very disappointing. The 'hot' items all looked to be prepackaged food heated up in a microwave. By day 4 the toaster was not working correctly but was never repaired or replaced.

The staff was welcoming and courtesy. The location was very convenient to visit The Biltmore Estate. It was also close to many restaurants, along with a grocery store, and convenient to interstate.

So clean. Huge rooms and great breakfast options. Hotel is also in a great location.

Most of the staff was great but one of the front desk clerks had major attitude and was rude.

We liked everything about this hotel. It¿s brand new, super clean & ECO friendly! The staff is friendly and helpful. free breakfast, neutrogena products in the modern and clean bathrooms, great bed & pillows, LOCATION, I could go on & on!

Nothing we didn¿t like. A hotel bar or happy hour with music might be nice.

Quiet for the most part. Good location to nearby places.

Did not like the breakfast. Mostly prepackaged items except for the cereal and oatmeal. You could make waffles. I was expecting a little better for the price.
