- The location as well as the clean, updated furnishings. Also, the valet parking was affordable, courteous and convenient which made staying downtown an option.

- Our room was right off the elevator...some people don't realize how voices carry!
- The shower was awful. Zero water pressure. I seemed like they had the hot valve limited so water wouldn't spray out the doorless shower. But truly and weak awful shower. Put a door on and turn up the pressure.
- The breakfast bar ran out of scrambled eggs a few of times during our six night stay and we had to wait a bit for those to be re-filled. But the breakfast manager was very nice and worked hard to correct those situations. Music in the bar was too loud.
