AC Hotel Asheville Biltmore Village

Loud . No soft surfaces . Plumbing in the walls elevator and ice machine [adjacent to our room) not allowed to change rooms . Fortunately the hotel was bing renovated and not many people.

The location was great and the staff were awesome.

The room was dark and no microwave in the room.

The entrance/exit is at a light on a very busy street. Hotel employee was amazing! She provided excellent service.

They are doing renovations so there is a new building smell.

The desk clerk was the most friendly, courteous and helpful young man I have ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean and located near everything you could need. It was quiet and we had the best night's sleep!

New, great location, staff is amazing, rooms remind me of very upscale big city interiors.

Was not told that the hotel was undergoing renovations, no pool or gym. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

Hotel is under renovation and I was assigned to a renovated room. Very nice, clean, modern.

It is under construction but not an issue because the room was so nice.

The location was perfect.

The hotel is under construction. Expect a lot of inconveniences and noise. Fitness center closed. Breakfast was ?eggs? with way too many chives and shriveled up sausage patties. Would not stay again during construction.

This is without a doubt the best holiday inn we have ever stayed at. Very clean, roomy and ALL of the staff from the front desk to the restaurant were exceptional and made you feel welcome I wish ALL other HI¿s were like this! PLEASE SPREAD YOUR CHARM

More options in the restaurant that would appeal to teenagers or young children and also budget friendly.

Starbucks close by, and restaurants and the Biltmore Estate close by.

Hotel manager and her staff have gone above and beyond exceptional service. We were involved in an accident while in US and are from Canada. She helped with our car and bike. They allowed me to extend my stay daily as need until we could fly home. Very

Balcony was pretty nice and convenient and it was near a lot cool places.

Well only problem I had was that the comforter had a huge hole in it. Not too big of a deal but for almost $--- for two nights I was a bit disappointed, mishaps like that can be avoided by just having awareness.

I enjoyed the hot tub, room layout. It was very nice. The quality of personal products was nice. The wash clothes had blood stains on them which made us uneasy. But loved the blackout curtains that made the evening sun so much better.

When checking in I was asked for a $50 deposit. That I had no clue about nor was I informed. They were kinda rude about it. If I didn't come up with it I could not stay. Which it was very important that I had to stay I had to have a surgery.

This a great location that is close to Biltmore (2 minute drive). We walked to Texas Roadhouse and Arby's for two of our meals. Also about a 3 minute walk to Biltmore Village and all the shops it has to offer.

Location was great. Very clean, modern decor, good lighting.
