Pros +

  • Modern and clean, friendly staff
  • Location, clean, modern decor, friendly staff, handy access to the public parking garage with room key right next to hotel.
  • When we arrived two men behind the desk knew who we were and considering the debacle with both the hotel & booking.com not able to find my reservation when I tried checking in online the day before, they were quite friendly and welcoming!

Cons -

  • Pricey, but comparable for downtown Asheville. We had a Mountain View room but view is more Downtown with mountains in the background from where we were. We still enjoyed the view.
  • For the price we paid, things I found disappointing were: Bathroom slider door (not much sound proofing), lighting in room good for modern ambient feel but not great for doing make-up, the restaurant environment had more of a business conference feel (functional) - but the food was good, no complaints there. That said we would still choose to stay here again.
  • Didn’t care for the breakfast set up. I’d prefer coffee poured at my table and having cream and sugar offered as well. I had to keep getting up and searching for things while two women stood by.

Modern and clean, friendly staff

Pricey, but comparable for downtown Asheville. We had a Mountain View room but view is more Downtown with mountains in the background from where we were. We still enjoyed the view.

Very clean modern rooms. Great location!

Lighting in bathroom not the best for makeup application.
