The Asheville Inn

I take several prescription medicines. I booked the room for 4 days. I positioned the meds in a particular order and distance. I put a do not disturb sign on the outside of the room door. My sign was gone upon return and meds were 100% looked through.

The man at the desk was so polite, and accommodating. He mention the ice machine location and ask if we needed anything. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and the bathroom was great. Beds were made and the floor was clean and tidy. Stay for two days.

Wish we could of stayed longer.

The staff was beyond friendly and amazing! I felt like I was at home!

The lighting in the rooms is not warm or friendly, especially at night. I almost went and bought a small desk lamp.

I did not have a good experience at this motel. I went in and the internet at the front desk did not work so they could not get my room key ready after they had already charged my card for the night. Another costumer was having issues with their room key

Also there was a couple standing outside of their room using profanity. If there is a way I could please get reimbursed.

It was cleaned but not recently. Show was totally dirty and we would not use. I¿ve been creeped out since I checked out.

Cute decor and conveniently located and accepting pets.

Decor installation and upkeep was a little less than stellar. The bathroom could have used some hooks or somewhere to rest towel and/or clothes.

It was a bait and switch scam. Wanted to charge more than the booked amount. Dirty property in questionable area. Avoid!!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

The address for this hotel is incorrect. The room was dirty including a stain on the mattress that looked like blood as well as blood stains on the comforter. The bathroom was dirty and the bench in the room was filthy. No staff available must of the time

It had beds

The room smelled like mildew and bleach. There was human blood on the bathroom wall and a bugar next tot he sink. The staff walked in on me and my partner getting dressed an hour before check-out time.

Price was low. Location was so-so.

My sheets were wet. I couldn¿t sleep at all. I got up at 3:30 am and checked out at 5:00 am because of it. Staff was borderline rude. I didn¿t bother complaining due to this. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Easy check in, Room were,very up to date very quite McDonald's and other restaurants close by.

the rooms were very intricate and designed very nicely. Unfortunately our first room the sheets were dirty from someone sleeping in the bed.

The first room we went into was dirty so we had to request a different room. They charged my debit card twice. Once for the agreed price $--. and then again for $---. Currently disputing this transaction still 13 days after my stay.

The room was dirty. Stains on the bed sheets and cigarette holes in the bedding. Everything just had a feel of grime on it. We didn¿t even use the shower because we thought it was that gross.

McDonald¿s was across the street- lol

Location to West Asheville & Downtown. Non smoking. King Size bed. Rooms look like they are trying to make upgrades. AC is new. Large tv. Bright LED lights.

The floors & walls could use a deep cleaning, due to the fact we weren't there for the motels amenities we over looked it. Bathroom definitely seen better days, bath tub & sink didnt drain quickly. Room had nats, I had bug spray. Room lacked a COFFE PO

Ease of access, cleanliness of room overall, and decor was definitely updated - very nice.

For the price point, it is clean, well appointed, and convenient.

More towels would be nice.

When we got to the hotel our room was already given away but the desk clerk upgraded our room to make up for it at the same cost.

The place was going under renovations so our room was partially finished. The place itself was terrible but the first night we were scared there was going to be a shooting. My husband heard shouting and banging. He was very much afraid for our safety.

Good location

Room was complete trash. The carpet had paint all over it. There was no table, no shower curtain, no shampoo, no towel rack, etc.
