Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

This is the nicest Hampton we have every stayed at. Very Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire Hotel.

Do away with the watery instant scrambled eggs and use real eggs.

1. Fan in bathroom made humming noise when it was off. Room 311 2.Pillows need replaced . Room 311 3. Strong odor in lobby. Staff stated it was a Hilton Scent . 4. Breakfast was not up to the Hilton Standard

The bathroom was clean. We liked the fact that there was a good window blind available to block out outside lights overnight. The breakfast food selection was good, and the coffee was good.

Our bathroom sink drains out slowly. The drain needs to be cleaned out. The toilet paper roll was almost empty, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Neither the beds nor the pillows were comfortable.

Everything was great. It would be great if you could stock some non-sugared cereal at the breakfast bar. There used to be raisin brand and unsweetened cheerios.

This hotel is in a great location, is updated, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast has something for everyone from yogurt and fresh fruit to waffles, eggs, and a different meat daily. Taste wise it was ok.

They have cleaning on demand and only clean after 4 nights, which was fine with me, but the garbage in our room tended to pile up. There is a garbage can in the hall, but I wish they provided extra garbage bags in your room for each day.

Weird humming sound (almost like a palm sander) in the room for a good part of the night.

The hotel was very clean¿. The public areas as well as our room. We also loved their fire pit. And the free breakfast was really good with lots of choices.

Their WiFi was awful. I had to keep connecting and I never connected with my Kindle. When we went to another hotel after we left the Hampton Inn, I was able to fully connect with no problem.

Signs you must everywhere Must Were a mask but not at the Gym. We spoke with the assistant manager and he refused to enforce the rule until we called Hilton HQ. Problem solved!
