At night our room was quiet, dark, and just right for sleeping. Our bed was very comfortable. All staff were polite, friendly, and professional.

Great customer service and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were great and breakfast was excellent. Only 0.5 miles away from Biltmore Estate. Many dining options nearby. Had pool and hot tub.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. The property is clean and the rooms are very nice.

The front desk staff were all very helpful with any questions that I had. The breakfast was generous. The location is excellent. Parking is easy.

Dirty hot tub & pool, lights need replacing, lack of attention to food safety at breakfast by 2 staff members. I recommend this hotel if these changes are made.

Not enough soap, no laundry bags, they did an early hold on my bank account for more money than what was supposed to be charged and effected our trip some.

We had a big comfortable suite. It was clean. The hotel location was convenient for Asheville and Hendersonville. The evening beverage and snack hour were wonderful. We enjoyed the balsamic glazed edamame.

Hot breakfast, nice happy hour, very friendly.

Room had a gas fireplace. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. 3 times a week they have an evening "mix & mingle" with food choices and drinks.The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. We will return in April of this year.

The interior of the hotel, as well as the rooms, get a little dated and should be renovated.

We loved everything about this hotel. Every staff member we came into contact with greeted us, asked if they could assist us in any way, was friendly and made eye contact, and generally made our stay extremely nice. Highly recommend that you stay here!

The complimentary beer and wine and full scale food spread from 5-7:30. That was totally unexpected and more than above and beyond. The staff was all extremely social and customer oriented.

The spaciousness of the room and the great layout made it very comfortable.

It would be nice if there was an upright bike in the fitness room.

I loved how big the room was. It is very well designed and the layout is great. Having a full kitchen was great.

The staff was all very, very nice, but the housekeepers sometimes forgot to replace certain toiletry items.

Great location! Very friendly staff. The kitchenette was nice to be able to bring in a few goodies for breakfast or back from dining out.

The bathroom door needed to be replaced, it was "shedding" the core on the bottom. Our room apparently had been smoked in at some point, but we were able to air it out. They were fully booked, so we didn't even ask for a change of room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely kind and went above and beyond. You could tell the hotel and been recently renovated.

We didn't like the set up of the bathroom, with the sink outside. Breakfast was mid, but the staff on duty in the cafe was monitoring every little thing we did and made us feel uncomfortable.
