The staff, overall cleanliness, hot breakfast.

The homeless hanging out at the end of the driveway. Not on the property but wouldn?t have felt comfortable walking near them.

The location was convenient for our trip to see the Biltmore Estate. The view was amazing. I enjoyed the enormous hot tub. The room was perfect and the staff was courteous. We did not have any disturbances at any time especially as we slept.

The location was off of the main road so no traffic noise. Room was spacious. You weren't able to hear if there were anyone in the room next to you.

The heater in our room squeaked which wasn't that big of a deal. Also, the next morning was a large group and the breakfast wasn't all that great. For someone that is gluten sensitive I think more options would be beneficial.

Bathroom could use updating & a little cleaner. Would have preferred a view outside instead of overlooking indoor pool.

This is the best Hampton Inn I've stayed at. I appreciated the snack and sundry items center, especially since I needed a hairbrush and didn't need to leave the premises for it. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub, too. Breakfast was fantastic!

A gorgeous hotel in a great location! Extremely clean and well-maintained, featuring a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, and luxurious fireplace to enjoy outside. They provide a lovely breakfast spread every morning! Super kind and helpful staff!

We had no complaints after our 4 night stay!

Clean and comfortable. The firepit area is a nice touch. We could not find handicapp parking but we made it work.

the desk attendant was very nice to explain everything to us, as well as recommending local dinner options. He went as far as to printing a list of local restaurants for us. He also gave us distance time to local attractions.

Hallway noise was very auditable within the room.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent. Quick Uber ride into downtown. Good air conditioning.

The bathroom had no air circulation so stay very steamy and wet after a shower.

The room was clean and the location was near downtown.

The breakfast wasn't what I was told by the staff and the price was a little expensive

We loved everything we didn’t want to leave! The customer service and cleanliness were definitely my favorite parts! Everyone was smiling and very helpful. This entire hotel is spotless and I LOVE it! I’ve already recommended it to family!

Good location for our final destination, to The Cove

The pillow were totally flat, asked for more but they never brought them.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton inn - the staff was helpful and friendly - always willing to help - the room attendant was excellent -

It maintained the standards I look for in the Hampton Inn brand.

Visibility of the actual hotel is difficult and I nearly overlooked the turn into the driveway. I don't know if anything can help on this issue as the hotel is on an incline. It is Asheville after all.

Nice people & room

Description of hotel when booking was it was accross from Biltmore Estate - that was not accurate - Biltmore was 5 miles away. Room described as ground floor when booking - also not accurate - no ground floor room when we arrived - hotel staff not aware?

Room size. Cleanliness and continental breakfast . Pool, jacuzzi and fitness center

The staff friendliness was everything the reviews had said. A better breakfast than other hotels I've had. Always had eggs and a side like biscuits or sausage, oatmeal with nice toppings, waffles, a nice variety of breads, fruit, cold cereals, and yogurt.

The first room they gave us was on the first floor with a window looking out to the indoor pool. The whole floor did smell a bit musty and more so in the room. I asked right away for another room and they were great about it, and did.

Location, staff, and breakfast were great! The room was great too!
