    • Quiet, comfortable, clean, well located
    • Location
    • Location was absolutely perfect. Bed was super comfortable, hotel was very clean, well decorated. Toiletries very nice.

    Cons -

    • Room was average. Had musky smell and parking cost and charged for daily fee
    • Shower was small and did not have any place to put your own toiletries/razor/etc.
    • You had to pay for parking It's pet friendly and that's fine however I'm allergic to pets and they don't have any rooms that haven't had animals in them.

    Location

Staff was rude. From bartenders to management. I also requested a late checkout, as part of my Marriott status, which they somehow didn't have on file. I asked if it could still be granted and they were very rude. I know they weren't fully booked either.

Very dog friendly. It was nice and clean as well.

We had issues getting our room refreshed. We had the sign up three days in a row to try and get it cleaned/towels etc and no one every stopped by. I think that was the most frustrating part. Also it would be nice if the coffee bar was open later.

Location, cost, and outdoor pool with great views.

The set up was trendy but impractical. No hand towel rack? Parts were dusty. The hotel restaurant was not open nor was the pool bar due to understaffing.

coffee maker in room not good, not convenient to take pet potty

    Great location and cool decor

Our room had dirty clothes in a drawer so I felt like the room wasn¿t cleaned well.

Front desk personnel were very welcoming. Room was kind of small, but very clean.

Convenient, inexpensive parking attached to building that you could go in & out of, clean, friendly, location was great and they had a computer center so I could print some items.

Nice room except the toilet didn't flush well

The toilet flushed about half the time. I'm tall, so it wasn't a problem for me, but the sinks in the lobby restrooms would be high for anyone over 5'5

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring downtown Asheville! The parking garage is attached which makes it easy to check in and you can walk just about everywhere!

The smell of cleaning solution was a bit strong, but because of the location, the staff and comfort...not something that was all that important

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-18-2017

    Location. Beds.

Parking Charges 9.00 per day, cement floors and cheap interior decor.

It was so different from other hotels . I loved the dogs that were there that needed to be adopted. Awesome. Everything about this hotel was good.

The only thing that was off was the key didn't let me get in the gate each time, then the guy at the ticket booth yelled at me when I was trying to get assistance.

Location, pool table, balcony, pool, and pet friendly! Loved it!!!

    10MikePosted on: 4-4-2017

The location is perfect if you want to experience what Asheville has to offer. Everything that matters is in walking distance.

Our "Mountain View" certainly had a view of the mountains, but also had a great view of the parking garage. I can't fault them, obviously, given it's not a high-rise, but if you can get above the 3rd floor you may enjoy the sight a little more.

The hotel was modern and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was also in a perfect location for walking to local attractions. Parking was always accessible (although it did cost $9/night)

Paying for parking. Everything else was outstanding

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-31-2017

Check in was very pleasant. Super nice staff. Our room with the mountain view was breath taking. The bedding was cloud soft. Very quiet even though in the middle of downtown & very convenient. Enjoyed that the sleeping area was separate from bathroom.

Everything- the design of all the spaces and the focus on environmental responsibility were most impressive. The hotel thought of everything before you needed to ask. The location was also terrific- close to restaurants, shops and theaters. A real winner!
