The tv wasn’t working I called to get help they said they don’t fix tvs

Roaches everywhere. Woke me and my husband up with them crawling on us.

Location was good and residents were relatively quiet and did not bother us.

Mattress was bad. There was blood splatter on the walls and in the bathroom (from people shooting up?) that had not been cleaned. Internet was terrible. Probably won't stay here again.

The room we were given (116) was renovated and had a cute back deck bonus.

Sinage is low and hard to find.

The staff was so so kind, and they have done a TON of work on the property to make it better!

property location: convenient, room location: remote & inconvenient, price: great, appeared to me that a young couple purchased this facility and working hard to restore to original condition

room was in separate remote building, did not feel like safe & secure parking, although owners had some nice room treatment & amenities, think they need to re-think kind of floor cleaner used

The hotel was not open yet.

There was no room; they sent us to the super 8 but the rate stayed the same as it would have been for this one
